Choose Savio if you save reels and posts on your phone
Savio is built for that. It brings saves back with a free daily digest, queues saves when the signal drops, and keeps social previews even if a post goes private.
Choose Raindrop.io if you bookmark articles at a desk
It runs on web, Windows and Mac, has no bookmark cap on the free plan, and Pro adds full-text search and permanent page copies.
Why Savio
What you get with Savio.
Come back
A daily digest, on the free plan
Savio's optional daily digest arrives at a time you choose, and Catch up plays through what you haven't seen, reel by reel. Both come with the free plan.
As of 3 Nov 2026, Raindrop.io lists reminders as a premium feature, and each one fires once.
Save
Saves that wait for a signal
After a one-time setup, saving goes like this: tap share in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, Threads, Facebook or Pinterest, open the full share sheet, pick Savio, choose a collection and tap Share to Savio. Gallery photos, videos and any link save the same way.
On a train or in a basement, Savio queues the save and finishes it later. As of 3 Nov 2026, Raindrop.io's help center says its mobile app needs an internet connection to save new bookmarks.
Keep
Previews that stay put
Savio re-hosts the thumbnail and details of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, Facebook and Substack saves on every plan. Savio keeps its own copy of each save's thumbnail, so the preview can outlast the original post. The video itself does not.
As of 3 Nov 2026, Raindrop.io's page archive is a Pro feature, doesn't capture video, and is removed about a month after Pro lapses.
