Roundup

Different jobs: Rodeo, glide and Albo.

Three apps people mention alongside Savio. They save from social apps too, then do something else with it. Checked 3 Nov 2026.
Plans with friends

Rodeo (Rodeo Technologies)

“Rodeo - Save it. Do it.” turns the posts, screenshots, links and photos you share into it into plans: events, places on a map, a calendar and reminders, with friends, chats and shared lists.

Where it runs
An iPhone app that needs iOS 18 or later. We found no Android app in a Google Play search, as of 3 Nov 2026. It’s free, with no in-app purchases listed.
Where it shines
It pulls events and dates out of a save, finds reservation and ticket links, and shows what your friends have saved. Savio is made for saving and coming back to reels, videos and posts.
Using both
Save the recipe reel to Savio; send the pop-up to Rodeo. The two apps don’t connect.

Not to be confused with RodeoHouston, Rodeo Stampede or other apps with the same name.

Places on a map

glide (justglide.ai)

glide reads the Instagram reels and posts you send it, finds the actual place, and pins it on a map of your city by neighbourhood.

Where it runs
On iPhone and Android, free to start. As of 3 Nov 2026 it saves from Instagram and Google Maps, and lists TikTok, YouTube and direct links as coming soon.
Where it shines
Place cards with opening hours, price range and Google ratings, plus a nudge when you’re near somewhere you liked. Savio keeps places as saves in your collections, without a map.
Using both
Send the café reel to glide for your map, and the recipe, workout or TikTok you want to rewatch to Savio. The two apps don’t connect.

Not Glide the no-code app builder (glideapps.com) or the Glide video messenger.

Planners and trackers

Albo (albo.inc, formerly Sortd)

Albo brings your saves from apps like Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest into categories, then adds smart collections, a trip planner, a meal planner, film and book trackers and price tracking.

Where it runs
iPhone, Android and web, with Safari, Firefox and Chrome extensions, as of 3 Nov 2026. It was previously called Sortd.
Where it shines
It turns saves into things to plan, track and buy. Savio is built for the other half: keeping reels, videos and links together in one library, and bringing you back to them with a daily digest and Catch up.
Using both
Plan the trip in Albo; keep the travel reels and videos you want to rewatch in Savio. The two apps don’t connect.

Not to be confused with other products called Albo, including a Mexican bank.

Good to know

How Savio fits what you save.

Choose Savio if

  • You’re on Android. Savio has an Android app. Matter says it doesn’t offer one, and we found no Rodeo app on Google Play (as of 3 Nov 2026).
  • You save from inside Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit and YouTube on your phone. Savio takes the share right from those apps. Notion’s help center says its mobile clipper works with browser pages and photos.
  • You want saves brought back to you for free. Savio’s daily digest and Catch up are on the free plan. Raindrop.io’s reminders are a paid feature, and Instapaper’s digest goes to Kindle with Premium.

Worth knowing

  • Savio lives on your phone, on iOS and Android. There’s no desktop or web app, and the browser extension comes with Pro.
  • Savio starts fresh. It doesn’t import a Pocket, Raindrop.io or Instapaper library, so you re-save the links you still want.
  • Free to download, with 5 personal collections, 1 shared collection and 50 new saves a month. Pro lifts the limits and adds the browser extension.
  • Savio re-hosts the thumbnail and details of a post so the preview stays. The video itself stays on the original app.
