By using Savio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms over time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Savio is a content bookmarking app that allows you to save URLs from various platforms, organize them with AI-generated tags and collections, and share collections with others.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Abuse the sharing feature to distribute harmful or illegal content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app.

• You retain ownership of the URLs and notes you save.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.
• We store URLs and publicly available metadata — we do not host or redistribute the underlying content.
• AI-generated tags are provided as-is for organizational purposes.

• When you share a collection, you grant public access to the collection's metadata (names, titles, thumbnails, URLs).
• You are responsible for the content you share.
• We reserve the right to remove shared collections that violate these terms.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any content you save, lose, or share through the app. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of content at saved URLs.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@rovae.in.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of Savio is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
