Save workout reels. Then do them.

The system
Sort by session, not by influencer.
Name collections after sessions you run
A collection called after a creator tells you who made the video. A collection called Push day tells you what to open when it's Tuesday and you're by the bench. Name each one after a session you already do, or a situation you train in. Five to start with:
Push day
Chest, shoulders and triceps sessions you’d run as a whole.
Leg day
Squat, hinge and lunge routines for the days you train legs.
Ten-minute mobility
Short flows for mornings or after a long day at a desk.
No kit, hotel room
Bodyweight sessions for travel or a living room floor.
Try later
Everything new lands here first, until it earns a place.
Swap in your own split. If you train upper and lower, or run three days a week, name collections after those days. Five matches Savio's free plan.
Send every new save to Try later
A reel you saved on the bus hasn't earned a spot in Leg day yet. You don't know if the moves suit your space, your kit or your level. Let new saves wait in Try later, and only move a video into a session collection once you've done it and want to repeat it.
That keeps your session collections short, so the video you need on the gym floor is near the top. For more on structure, see how to save Instagram reels to folders.
Pick one new workout a week
Choose a fixed moment, such as Sunday evening when you plan the week. Open Try later, watch two or three, and pick one to try in the next seven days. Put it in your calendar next to a session you already do, so it replaces part of a day instead of adding a new one.
Before trying anything new, check the movement suits you. For form and anything that hurts, follow a qualified coach rather than the comments under a reel.
Clear out what you didn’t do in a month
Once a month, scroll Try later. If a video has sat there for a month and you haven't picked it, delete it. That's fine. It told you something about what you like doing, and the creator will post another one by Thursday.
Do the same with session collections now and then. If you keep skipping a routine, it can go, and the ones you return to stay easy to find.

Collections
Set up your sessions
Make Push day, Leg day, Ten-minute mobility, No kit, hotel room and Try later, each with a name and an emoji. AI adds tags to your saves, so you rarely tag by hand.
Save
File a reel from the app you found it in
Tap share on the reel, open the full share sheet, pick Savio, choose Try later and tap Share to Savio. Turn on “Set a reminder for this save?” if you want a nudge to try it.
Add Savio to your share sheet once first, and it stays there.
Weekly pick
Watch Try later back to back
On Sunday, open Catch up and swipe through the saves you haven't watched yet, reel by reel. Watched tracking moves what you've seen out of the way.
Set the optional daily digest for the time you usually train, and a few saves come back to you then.
Together
Share a collection with your training partner
Invite a friend as an Editor and you both add sessions you want to try together. You can see who added what.
Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, invite links that can expire or be revoked, and view-only links that need no account.
The free plan includes 5 personal collections, 1 shared collection and 50 new saves a month. Savio Pro lifts the collection and monthly save limits. See the features page for the rest, or how Savio compares to Instagram's own Saved collections.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep workout videos from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube together?
Yes. Savio saves from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more, plus any link you share, so a mobility reel, a TikTok circuit and a long YouTube session can sit in the same collection.
Can one workout video go in more than one collection?
Yes. When you save, you can tick more than one collection, so a short core routine can live in both Ten-minute mobility and No kit, hotel room.
Does Savio check my form or build a training plan?
No. Savio keeps the videos you save organized and brings them back to you. For form, programming and anything injury-related, follow a qualified coach.
Can a friend I train with add videos too?
Yes. Make a shared collection and invite them as an Editor. You both add the sessions you want to try and can see who added what. The free plan includes one shared collection.
