Plan a trip from the reels you saved.

The system
From forty reels to one weekend.
Open one shared place the day the trip is real
As soon as dates are agreed, make one shared folder, board or collection and name it after the trip: “Lisbon, May 9 to 11”. Send the link to the group chat and pin it.
Do it early. Saves made before the shared place exists tend to stay in someone’s Instagram Saved, which only they can see.
Pool everything for one week
For seven days, everyone adds whatever looks good: the tile-lined café reel, a TikTok of a miradouro at sunset, a YouTube food tour, a blog post on day trips to Sintra. Links count too, so a hotel or a restaurant page can go in next to the videos.
One save per idea, and into the shared place rather than the chat. Duplicates are fine. They tell you what more than one person wants.
Check each save before it counts
A reel shows what a place looks like. It rarely tells you the address, the opening hours, the price or whether it closed last winter. Before anything makes the shortlist, someone opens the original post, reads the caption and checks the place on a map.
Set a decide-by date and shortlist
When the week is up, adding stops. Cut the pile to a short list per slot: one or two dinners a night, a morning plan, a day trip. Three to five options each is plenty. Vote in the chat, and give the person who booked the flights the tie-break.
Move the winners into your itinerary
Put the final picks into whatever you plan with: a shared spreadsheet, a map list or a trip planner app. Keep the collection too. On the day, it’s where you rewatch the reel to find the right door on a busy street.
Run it in Savio
One collection for the whole group.
What Savio focuses on: the reels, videos and links your group saves, in one shared collection. It doesn’t build itineraries, maps, bookings or place cards. Use your favorite planner for step 5 and keep the collection as the source everyone can reopen.
Step 1
Make the trip collection and invite the group
Create “Lisbon, May”, share it and choose a role for each invite: Editor for the people going, Viewer for anyone who wants to follow along. View-only links open without an account, and invite links can expire or be revoked.
Step 2
Everyone saves from the app they’re in
Tap share, open the full share sheet, pick Savio, choose the trip collection and tap Share to Savio. Each person adds Savio to their share sheet once first, and it stays there.
Every save shows who added it.
Steps 3 and 4
Find the pastel de nata place again
AI tags every save, and search covers titles, creators and tags. “New since you last looked” markers show what the group added since your last visit, and notifications collapse into digests.
Catch up plays through the saves you haven’t seen, so you can review the pile before the vote.
The free plan includes 1 shared collection, 5 personal collections and 50 new saves a month, which covers one trip at a time. Savio Pro lifts those limits. For gift lists, households and group projects, see shared collections.
FAQ
Questions before you go.
Frequently asked questions
Does Savio build an itinerary or a map from my reels?
No. Savio keeps and shares the reels, videos and links your group collects, in one collection everyone can add to. Build the itinerary, map and bookings in the planner or spreadsheet you already like, and link back to the collection.
Can friends add travel reels from TikTok and Instagram to the same place?
Yes. Invite them to a shared collection as Editors. Each person saves from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any link through the share sheet, and every save shows who added it.
Does everyone in the group need to download Savio?
Only the people adding saves. A view-only link opens without an account, so the friend who only wants to see the plan can look without signing up.
Can I find a place again once the group has saved a lot?
Savio tags every save with AI and searches titles, creators and tags. Searching a dish or a neighbourhood finds saves where that word shows up in the title or tags.
Is a shared trip collection free?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 shared collection, 5 personal collections and 50 new saves a month. Savio Pro lifts those limits.
