Save study reels. Then use them.

The system
Sort by subject. Then by deadline.
One collection per subject, plus one for the exam
Give each subject you're taking its own collection. Then add one that cuts across all of them, Before the exam, for the videos you know you'll want the week before. A save can sit in both. Five to start with:
Biology
Explainers and diagrams for one subject you’re taking.
Statistics
Worked examples, one concept per video.
Spanish
Vocabulary, grammar and listening clips.
Before the exam
Only what you need to see again before the next exam.
How to study
Methods, timetables and revision techniques to try.
Swap the subjects for your own. When an exam is over, empty Before the exam and start again for the next one.
Keep the creator findable
The teacher who explained standard deviation in a way that clicked has probably made twenty more videos. Keep the creator's handle with every save, so you can go back to their profile when the next topic comes up, and so you know where an idea came from if you need to cite it.
If most of your saves are on Instagram today, our guide on where saved posts go on Instagram shows where to find them.
Write one line of your own
After you watch a saved explainer, write one sentence about it in your own notes tool, in your own words. Something like “Standard deviation is the typical distance from the mean, from @handle”. If you can't write the line yet, watch it again later.
Keep it to one line. A paper notebook, a doc or a flashcard app all work. The video stays saved for when you need the full version.
Book a weekly review slot
Pick the same hour each week, such as Sunday afternoon. Watch what you saved that week, write your lines, and move anything you'll need again into Before the exam.
If a save no longer fits your course, delete it. The list stays short enough to get through in one sitting.
Run it in Savio
The same system, in one app.
Collections
Make a collection per subject
Give each one a name and an emoji. Then save from any app: tap share, open the full share sheet, pick Savio, tick Statistics and Before the exam, and tap Share to Savio.
Add Savio to your share sheet once first, and it stays there.
Search
Find it by topic or by creator
AI tags every save. Search covers titles, creators and AI tags, so you can look up “standard deviation” or the teacher's handle across every app you saved from.
Weekly review
Watch the week back to back
In your review slot, open Catch up and go through the saves you haven't watched yet, reel by reel. Watched tracking moves the ones you've seen out of the way.
Set a reminder on a save when you file it, or turn on the optional daily digest at a time you choose.
Together
Share a collection with your study group
Invite classmates as Editors and everyone adds the explainers they found. You can see who added what.
Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, invite links that can expire or be revoked, and view-only links that need no account.
The free plan includes 5 personal collections, 1 shared collection and 50 new saves a month. Savio Pro lifts the collection and monthly save limits, and adds the browser extension. See the features page for the rest.

Frequently asked questions
Can I save study videos from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in one place?
Yes. Savio saves from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more, plus any link you share, so a TikTok explainer, a lecture on YouTube and an article can sit in the same subject collection.
Can I find a video again if I only remember the topic?
Savio tags every save with AI and searches across titles, creators and AI tags. If the topic shows up in the title or the tags, search can find it.
Where should I write what I learned from a video?
In your own notes tool, such as a paper notebook, a doc or a flashcard app. Savio keeps the videos organized and brings them back. Write the line next to the creator’s handle so you can find the source again.
Can I share a collection with my study group?
Yes. Make a shared collection and invite classmates as Editors, or send a view-only link that opens without an account. The free plan includes one shared collection.
